Kerwin Rana

Chief Executive Officer
Kerwin holds a B.Sc. Chemical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. He has close to 30 years of industry experience.
Zenia Smith

Chief Legal and Commercial Officer
Zenia holds an LLB, is an admitted attorney, notary public, and conveyancer, and is a registered key individual with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, bringing over 20 years of experience.
Richard Montjoie

Chief Operations Officer

Richard has a M.Sc. Economic Geology and is a registered professional natural scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions and has close to 25 years of industry experience.
Simphiwe Thwala

Human Capital
Simphiwe holds a B.A. (Hons) in Human Resource Management and has 16 years of HR experience, specialising in union relations, bargaining councils, and managing the full employee lifecycle across multiple solar PV plants.
Evelyn Mabhunu

Human Capital
Evelyn holds a B.A. English and Philosophy from the University of Fort Hare with a postgraduate Management Advancement Program from Wits Business School. Evelyn has close to 10 years of banking, CSI and social and community development experience.
Dr. Matthew McCreesh

Technical
Matthew has a Ph.D. in Exploration and Economic Geology and is a registered professional natural scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions, and have close to 10 years of industry experience.
Chandie Chadya

Chandie holds a B.Com. Accounting and is a registered Business Accountant SA with the South African Institute for Business Accountants. He has 6 years Industry experience.
Mahlatsi Lebeya

Mahlatsi is a final year Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree student and has been with EverSeed for 4 years.

Dorian holds a B.Sc. (Eng.) and M.Sc. (Eng.) degrees as a civil engineer and is a registered professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. He has over 30 years of industry experience.
